Hockey Central Vic — Annual General Meeting & Call for Nominations
Hockey Central Vic Incorporated will be holding its Annual General Meeting soon, and we want you there. It's your chance to hear updates on the season just gone, our progress on the 2027 - 2030 Growth Strategy, and the association's financial position.
Nominations are now open for positions on the Committee of Management. HCV is a volunteer-run organisation, and our Committee relies on members stepping up to help guide the club — whether that's a role you've held before or one you're considering for the first time. If you're passionate about hockey in the Bendigo region and want to help shape its future, we'd love to hear from you.
AGM Conduct & Voting Procedure
To ensure the meeting runs smoothly and productively, all attendees are asked to observe orderly conduct throughout proceedings, and to be respectful of the Chair, fellow members, and the meeting process at all times.
Questions and matters for discussion are to be raised through club delegates, rather than directly from the floor. Members wishing to raise a matter should liaise with their club's delegate ahead of or during the meeting.
Only registered club delegates are entitled to vote on motions and resolutions. All members are warmly welcome to attend and observe the meeting, but voting rights are reserved for delegates representing their respective clubs.
